Non-Profit Rate Plan

Because HOURCAR waives monthly fees for non-profits, there is only one non-profit rate available (unless you really want to pay higher hourly rates):

Go plan:
$6 per hour, 25¢ per mile
$0 monthly membership
Daily rates: $55 weekday, $65 weekend day

All daily rates include 100 free miles, and are available on select vehicles

Both rate plans offer an off-peak rate of $3 per hour from 11 pm to 7 am.

Rates do not include Saint Paul or Minneapolis city sales tax (0.5%), Minnesota state sales tax (6.875%), the Minnesota Transit Improvement Sales and Use tax (0.25%) or state motor vehicle rental tax (6.2%).
