When you join HOURCAR, you’ll get a Member Handbook with detailed member information. Here are few of the most important member “Dos & Don’ts” that will help HOURCAR succeed!

PLEASE DO!
Return HOURCARs by the end of your reservation.
Notify HOURCAR of any vehicle performance problems or damage.
Cancel or change reservations as soon as possible.
Fill the tank if it’s less than 1/4 full (HOURCAR pays—you pump).
Always lock HOURCARs when parked.
Drive gently. Treat HOURCARs like you own them—or better!

PLEASE DON'T!
Smoke in an HOURCAR.
Transport pets outside of airline-type carriers.
Lend your key fob to anyone.
