Are you ready to join HOURCAR? Here are three easy steps:

First, make sure you qualify!
Please check the Membership Qualifications to see if you are eligible. Only a portion of the Application Fee is refunded if your application does not qualify.
Choose your Membership type and fill out the form.
3.
Complete the new member orientation online.
After you apply, you'll be directed to a 15-minute orientation on how to use the cars and some of HOURCAR's policies. Hour-long sessions are also held regularly in Minneapolis and Saint Paul if you are not an internet user.
You're all set! Start reserving and driving HOURCAR vehicles.
Reserving, Driving and Returning:

Reserve an HOURCARonline or by phone.
•
Unlock the car by waving your key fob across the dashboard reader, and drive away!
•
Return the car mess-free and with the gas tank at least 1⁄4 full. Use the fuel card kept in the vehicle - You Pump, HOURCARPays.
•
Return the car to the same hub before your reserved time expires. Lock up!
•
You’ll receive a monthly bill that reflects your dues and the itemized cost of every trip.
