HOURCAR and the EV Spot Network work together to provide affordable, reliable, sustainable transportation. 

In 2025, residents of the Twin Cities region used our services to save $23 million. These reports describe how, and how we’re expanding. 

  • The EV Spot Network provides:

    • Evie Carshare: affordable shared cars. 

    • EV Spot Network: On-street charging for electric vehicles 

  • HOURCAR operates

    • The Evie Spot Network under contract to Minneapolis and Saint Paul

    • Carshare in a variety of places outside the Evie Spot Network
